| ASPAC NGO Secretariat
has had the honor to welcome a visiting team from
the US Department of States INL/AAE Asia Programs
leading by Dr. Charles Bouldin
in accompaniment of Terry Daru,
Counselor for Narcotics Affairs, Sam Matthaews,
Program officer and Khun Vichai Kiyaphatya
from Narcotics Affairs Section (NAS), Embassy
of the United States of America (NAS) on 7th December
2006. After the briefing by Pol. Gen. Chavalit
Yodmani, President of ASPAC NGO and staffs
of the Secretariat, future cooperation on innovative
strategy for primary prevention to reduce the demand
of drugs in Asia and the Pacific region was discussed.
