HaNoi, Vietnam : Standing Office on Drugs Control of Vietnam (SODC) graciously hosted the 28 Meeting of the Senior Officials on Drug Matters as well as another 2 Meetings from 21-24

August 2007 at Sheraton Ha Noi Hotel. Observers from ASPAC NGO Thailand, IFNGO, PEMADAM of Malaysia, HEDO of Vietnam, ICPO/INTEPOL and UNODC attended at opening ceremony and open sessions.
